Universidade Metodista de São Paulo offers graduate programs, Master’s, Doctoral and Postdoctoral degrees, in Specialized Areas. Applicants will be taught by dedicated, highly qualified and internationally-educated faculty members, actively participating in major events about education, research and extension.

- Master’s and Doctoral Degrees
- Administration Master’s Degree: nowadays, the work environment in organizations is becoming more and more complex and professionals must be academically prepared for such reality. Bearing this in mind, the Graduate Program in Administration offers Management of Organizations as an area of research concentration, with two specific topics of research: Finance, Information Systems and Control and the Management of People and Organizations.
- Sciences of Religion (Master’s and Doctoral Degrees): this program includes the study of religions within their historical, social and cultural contexts throughout time. The course seeks to explore the interdisciplinary nature of the extensive field of the sciences of religion through four areas of research concentration: Languages of Religion - and Religion, Society and Culture.
- Social Communication (Master’s and Doctoral Degrees): its main objective is the education of professors, researchers and qualified professionals to work in companies, university-level institutions and non-governmental organizations. With Communication Processes as an area of research, the program offers three topics of research: Media Communication Processes; Processes of Institutional and Marketing Communications; and Processes of Scientific and Technological Communication.
- Education Master’s Degree: its main objective is to foster research in teachers’ education concentrating on the Brazilian reality. The program offers two specific topics of research: Politics and the Management of Education and Educators Training.
- Dentistry: its objective, with Orthodontics as an area of research concentration, is to provide new teachers/researchers with both broad knowledge of Orthodontics, and adequate specialization in orthodontic prevention, diagnosis, treatment and prognosis. The program offers two topics of research: Diagnostic Orthodontics and Therapeutic Orthodontics.
- Psychology of Health: first offered in 1996, its objective is to provide new researchers and professors with skills in the area of the promotion and protection of health, the prevention and treatment of diseases and dysfunctions. The area of research concentration is Psychology of Health, with two topics of research: Prevention and Treatment and Psychosocial Processes.
- Postdoctoral Fellowship
- Postdoctoral Fellowship in Sciences of Religion: as any Postdoctoral Fellowship, it is a program available to individuals that have recently completed their doctoral degrees, and want to deepen and enhance their research capabilities, usually with the supervision of a Ph D professor, from Brazilian or foreign institutions. It is a 6-month to 2-year program, extendable up to 3 years. The areas of research concentration are the same as the ones for the Master’s and Doctoral Degrees.
- Communication, Citizenship and Region: this program is the result of the partnership between UNESCO/Metodista Chair of Communication for Regional Development and the Chair of Cities Management, focusing on communication, citizenship and regional issues, especially on cities and the microphysical regions of Latin America, through two topics of research: Citizenship Management in Metropolitan Communities and Citizen Communication in the spaces situated in Media Regions.
