Investments in pedagogy and also in infrastructure contribute to the recognition of education for citizenship outside the University Campi. Today, Metodista is regarded as one of the most important educational institution in the country whose excellence in teaching is found from undergraduate to doctoral studies.
In order to comprehend all areas and provide students with a complete educational structure, the Universidade Metodista de São Paulo organizes its courses in five areas of knowledge: Biology and Health, Communication, Humanities, Business, Exact Sciences and Technology. Besides traditional courses, Metodista offers technological undergraduate courses – lasting from two to two and a half years – and, moreover, it also offers distance undergraduate courses, by means of the distance education support poles, found in different cities and towns in the country. These areas are supported by the complementary triad Teaching, Research and Extension, providing students with a thorough education.
