Fat cells become strong when toxins remain inside them. Since water has the capacity to fill your stomach fast, you should drink at least two or three glasses of water prior to taking your regular food. By doing so, you can reduce the intake of your regular food. Your diet should consist of proteins, good carbohydrates, good fats and fiber foods. Proteins are needed to build your muscles. Carbohydrates supply to your body energy for your day-to-day functioning. Bad carbohydrates are available in foods like ice creams, candies, cakes, pastries and food items that are made of white flour and processed flour. These bad carbohydrates are not easy to digest and get burned and hence accumulate as weight in your body. Good carbohydrates are obtained from fresh fruits and vegetables. They not only supply good amounts of vitamins and minerals to your body but fiber also. You should do your exercises regularly. Your exercise regimen should consist of both Cardio exercises and weight training exercises. Cardio exercises like swimming, jogging, cycling and brisk walking help you in burning calories, but at the same time they burn the muscles also. So you are advised to do weight training exercises also for re-building good muscles. Good muscles need a large quantity of calories for maintaining themselves. They have a tendency to burn calories around the clock irrespective of your current activity. So you succeed in losing weight if you have good muscles.
