Shaun T pushes you. He pulls you along, he Floraspring Reviews cajoles and convinces, he exhorts and demands. Sometimes, when you're on all fours, forehead resting on the floor, sweat running into your eyes and breathing like your lungs are broken, he even begs. Dig deeper, he says. Push harder. There's no letting up. Those thirty second water breaks are a joke, moments of sanity in a desert of madness, and Shaun T's the Pied Piper leading us all to our deaths as we dance and leap and fall and get up again to the sound of his voice. INSANITY is aptly named. If you're going to try this workout, check your mind at the door.Why do it? Why throw yourself into this maelstrom of plyometrics, cardio circuits, basketball and football drills, calisthenics and core work? The allure is clear: attaining a shredded, ripped body, fat having drained from your anatomically revealed musculature, an aerobic engine possessing the horsepower of a Ferrari, energy levels that would qualify you for hyper active medication. Sixty days of dedication and you too can be superman. What's not to love?However, pause, check that ambition and take a look at the name on the box. INSANITY. Shaun T himself is adamant about how his workout is not for the amateur athletic enthusiast, nor even the hardened weekend warrior. If you are going to attempt this level of exercise, you have to be ready. And, unfortunately, we're not even talking about a zen state of mental bushido, where you're prepared to do or die. Your body needs to be ready. Your joints, your hamstrings, especially your knees. It's not enough to want it. You have to be able to get through it.
