Quality sleep An adequate Inteligen night's sleep is required for your body to heal itself and regenerate, and that includes the brain. We all know it, but how many of us do it? Well, time to start. Try to make sure that at least every second night you have a good 8 hours sleep (or the amount you know you need). Exercising regularly One way to ensure a quality sleep is to exercise most days. If you don't already exercise regularly start at least 3 times a week and then build up to 4 to 6 times a day depending on your ability, as it's important to keep that body moving! Not only do all systems of our bodies need oxygen to function properly but our brain especially, requires oxygen to function at peak performance. When you are exercising regularly you'll find your body craves healthy food and more water and your quality of sleep improves. Exercising helps in all areas for better brain and body functioning. Drinking fresh water It's vitally important for health to drink clean, fresh and pure water every day. Try to drink at least 8 glasses a day as well as your other regular drinks. You should notice a big difference in all areas of your health if you do these this, especially having more energy, thinking more clearly and having clearer skin. Eating a healthy diet
