With the summer months upon us now, the desire to get that flat sexy stomach or that ripped six pack is stronger than ever with both men and women. There are a ton of people working out for hours and spending all kinds of time in the gym working on their stomachs in hopes that they will be able to have abs worthy of showing off and maybe attracting a little extra attention.
The problem is that for the most part when it comes to developing and trying to flatten our stomachs we tend to focus on exercises such as crunches, sit ups, leg raises and jogging or biking for cardio. The truth of the matter is that while these exercises do help they are certainly not the most effective exercises for burning that layer of fat covering your abdominal muscles.
